Why I added Vitamin A to my skincare routine

Vitamins have become apart of the modern women's daily skincare routine, but why? Why do we need to use vitamins on the surface of our skin?
I recently added Vitamin A to my skincare routine and wow, what a difference it's made. My skin looks a lot more youthful especially after I've left it overnight. I use a basic cleanser, sometimes I exfoliate once or twice a week and use a variety of vitamin serums on skin overnight which help me achieve a more youthful glow.
The main difference I noticed is when I added vitamin A into my nighttime routine. I used the Alpha-H vitamin A & E every night for a week and the glowing results were definitely noticeable. Vitamin A not only helps for a more youthful glow but it also contributes to slowing the ageing process down (if consumed), help with wound healing, reduce wrinkles and protect the skin against UV radiation.
An intensive nighttime restorative treatment for thickened, pigmented and acne scarred skin. High measures of Vitamins A and E are time-released to encourage tissue regeneration, boost the immune system and accelerate healing. This serum is also a powerful weapon to help combat fine lines, wrinkles, enlarged pores and skin discolouration for a softer, firmer, clearer complexion with restored radiance and even tone.
Suitable for all skin types.

“Optimum level” treatment for skins previously conditioned with Vitamin A 0.5%
