At Salon Style we dispatch and deliver your products super-fast around Australia from our Adelaide facilities. We offer free shipping on orders over $50 and Free Express Shipping over $85. Orders placed before 3:15pm AEST will be dispatched the same day.

It is your obligation to ensure all your address details are correct on your order, for us to ship your parcel correctly. Your parcel will be shipped as per your instructions, should it not reach you - we will not be held responsible.
If you have not received your goods after the indicated time frame of your shipping method, please contact our Customer Service Team, however please note we are unable to investigate your order if you have chosen an uninsured method of transit.
CURRENT COVID-19 STATUS & UPDATES

Dispatch Times: Same day dispatch for orders placed before 3:30pm EST.
Stock: Items available on site indicate we have this stock in our warehouse. We have shipments arriving weekly from most brands and our team are working to replenish as quickly as possible. Some items may remain out of stock due to supplier stock outs.
Delivery Times: AusPost advise of delays in their network. Delivery time frames above cannot currently be relied upon. Please check above link for latest AusPost network updates. AusPost have advised of delays in distribution centres, indicating parcel backlogs will take longer to process and ship to destinations.
Delivery Procedures: Australia Post have mandated parcels will not currently require a signature (regardless of customer instructions) to avoid close contact. Drivers will ask your name upon delivery and also take photos as proof of delivery to your premises. If not home, parcels may be left at your premises with photo taken.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE & REDIRECTION
We require a signature upon delivery for all orders and ship your parcel as instructed at the time you place the order. You are welcome to add any shipping instructions you wish our carriers to see which will be noted on the parcel label.
Once your parcel has left our facilities you will receive a Consignment Number from AusPost and be able to track your parcel in your MyPost account. With the MyPost service, AusPost may provide you the option to:
a) Provide Authority to Leave. Should you choose to allow AusPost to deliver your order with Safe Drop, responsibility for your parcel by Salon Style and AusPost ceases once it is has been confirmed as delivered to your premises.
b) Redirect to a different address. Should you choose to redirect your parcel, this is outside the control of Salon Style and from that point forward you assume responsibility for delivery to the new address. Redirection issues are between yourself and AusPost.
Please note, any delivery instructions you provide are subject to the discretion of Australia Post drivers. Drivers are not able to call customers prior to or at the time of delivery.
If you continue with signature upon delivery and you are not home to receive the parcel, AusPost will take your parcel to the nearest Post Office. A collection card will be left at your premises and you will be required to collect your parcel from the relevant Post Office within 10 business days. After this time AusPost will return the parcel to us.
*Salon Style and Australia Post are not responsible for non-delivery of email/SMS due to incorrect information being provided, nor your service providers blocking/filtering of these emails/SMS notifications.
To ensure your satisfaction, we pack and ship your items with the greatest of care. We offer insured methods of transit which covers your parcel in the event it is lost in transit or for any damage to items that may occur (including any leaks or breakage).
Customers who choose uninsured methods of transit accept that neither Salon Style or AusPost will be held responsible for any lost parcels or damage that occurs during transit. Any loss of uninsured parcels or damage to items within will not be replaced or credited. Please note shipping insurance DOES NOT cover your parcel from theft if you instruct AusPost to leave a parcel at your premises.
NEW ZEALAND & SINGAPORE SHIPPING
We have resumed shipping orders to New Zealand and Singapore, via Express Service. Please note there are still delays in worldwide freight networks. Express parcels to both of these destinations are currently taking approximately 10-12 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number upon shipment of your order. Please note our Customer Service staff are unable to assist with tracking enquiries unless the estimated time frame of 12 business days has been exceeded.
Standard and Free Shipping options are not currently available. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and are shown at checkout prior to finalising your order.
Standard Airmail shipping does not include tracking, nor insurance against any potential damage or loss during transit. Express International Courier method of transit provides both parcel tracking as well as insurance that will cover your parcel and products for loss or damage during transit. Please see above for definition of Shipping Insurance. Orders shipped via Standard Airmail cannot not be replaced or credited in the event of loss during transit.
Transit times above are a guide and may be subject to delays in customs upon arrival in your country. Local delivery of your parcel will be carried out by your national postal service.
Please note customs fees or import duties may be applicable to your parcel. Any customs and duties charges are the customer's responsibility. We advise you to contact your relevant Customs Service for information on what these charges may be.

Dangerous goods (eg. hairspray, mousse etc), electrical items, ghd, Parlux, Comfort Zone, Evo, Keune and Moroccanoil products are unable to be shipped outside Australia. Any orders containing these items will be cancelled.
