Shampoo: Massage into wet hair
Lather well and rinse thoroughly
Repeat if desired
Follow with J2 Bond Strengthening Conditioner or J2 Instant Repair Leave-In Masque.
*when using J2 Instant Repair Leave-In Masque DO NOT use Conditioner.

Masque: Apply 1- 2mls of J2 to towel dried hair after shampooing – do not use conditioner. Apply to the ends of hair first, then work through the mid lengths. Evenly distribute by running hair between fingers for 2-3 minutes. Comb through and let sit for another minute for J2 to activate. Do not rinse. Style as usual.

Leave-in Spray: After conditioning with J2 Bond Strengthening Conditioner or J2 Instant Repair Leave-In Masque apply directly on towel dried hair, concentrating on mid-lengths to ends.
Style as usual.
For extremely damaged hair apply onto dry hair in between washes.
