I tried and tested the Moroccanoil Intense Hydrating Mask.
Even though the description states that the mask is designed for medium to thick I decided to try it on my very fine, natural long hair. You're probably thinking i'm crazy right? to try such a heavy intense hydrating mask designed for thick hair on my fine thin hair.
Well no I'm not crazy... and yes it did what I wanted it to do. My aim when using such an intense mask is to give my hair an immense amount of hydration, which keeps my hair from becoming dry, frizzy and prevents damage. With a mask as hydrating as this one, I would personally recommend leaving it on overnight, to get the most out of the product as you can (especially if you have thick or medium hair). After leaving it on overnight I then use a volumizing shampoo and a small amount of conditioner on the ends of my hair and finish off with a shine serum to get that glossy, shiny look. Similar to the picture below.
My hair afterwards felt hydrated and thicker. This product would also be great for someone with bleached or damaged hair to use in between treatments.
If you want to treat yourself to a quick, reviving five-minute hair mask. Moroccanoil Intense Hydrating Mask is a high-performance, rich and creamy deep conditioner formulated for medium to thick or dry hair. Infused with antioxidant-rich argan oil and nourishing ingredients, it hydrates and conditions while dramatically improving hair's texture, elasticity, shine and manageability.
Directions as suggested from Moroccan oil:
Apply a generous amount of the Intense Hydrating Mask to towel-dried hair and comb through.
Leave on for 5–7 minutes and rinse thoroughly. No heat required. Use 1–2 times weekly.
TIP: For deeper conditioning, mix in a few drops of Moroccanoil Treatment when using this hair mask.
